I was horrified when I was told that I couldnt return a clothing item that was never worn or washed and still had its orinal tag on because, as per the consultant, it had been more than 30days.
It was a gift, and the person simply bought the wrong size.
Although I had no slip, i offered to get the account number from the person who gave it to me and was then told because it was more than 30days since the purchase, it would not be refunded nor exchanged.
What nonsense!
I would expect a positive response as I now have a item worth R 400.00 that NO ONE will get any use of because of your service.
