I bought the kitchen wall unit (cupboards) and the 2 set of wardrobes on the June 2012.On the end of June or July I had a problem with the goods has been damaged. The handles and the doors has broken. Then I went to the shop to report for the damaged spoke to Mr Dumisani supervisor, few days he came to fix it but there was no different told me that they will come with the new replacement. Thinks became worse in August then I went back the store manager but I forgot her name she told me that will send it back to the supplier. To date I have not been given any more feedback on the progress of my claim. The main problem they deducting payments every month from my salary. If my claim is not resolved will take this to the media and expose your pathetic service.
