At CNA Cavendish Square this morning I received that rare and wonderful thing: good service. The security lazy Tozamo was pleasant and helpful, and the saleslady Rushana found what I was looking for promptly and with a lovely attitude. I walked out of CNA with a smile, and both ladies deserve a bit of recognition from management.
