I BOUGHT A LAZY BOY UNIT IN FEBRUARY / MARCH 2012 AND THE ONE CHAIR BROKE IN _ FEBRUARY 2013, SO THEY FIXED IT AND IT CAME BACK STILL NOT RIGHT. I TOLD THEM AND A GUY CAME TO LOOK AT IT AND TOLD ME IT WAS THE UPHOLSTERY THAT WAS NOT STUFFED EVENLY. THAT WAS NOT EVEN THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM IT WAS THE MECHANISM THAT BENT. SO I TOLD THE GUY THAT THE CHAIR IS STILL SKEW EVEN THOUGH THEY STUFFED IT. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS THEY ARE IGNORING ME AND FURNITURE CITE JUST KEEPS ON PHONING THEM BUT NOTHING HAPPENS AND NOBODY IS DOING ANYTHING AND I AM SITTING WITH A BRAND NEW SKEW CHAIR. I HAVE TOLD THE LADY AT FURNITURE CITY THAT I WANT A NEW UNIT AND STILL NO RESPONSE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
