Yesterday i reported a complaint about Shoprite, in less then 3 hours i received a call from the Regional and Store Manger, they expressed how sorry they where for the treatment i had received. All in all my complaint was solved to my satisfaction, keep up the good work guys, I will gladly remain a customer.
