I am a purchaser and user of galvanised steel sheets.
In march 2013 i purchased in full cash payment prior to delivery about 5 tons of prime galv. steel from coils cut into sheet length from aveng / trident steel.
When the steel arrived i immediatly noticed the sub quality of the steel delivered.
After a complaint they sent a quality controller who agreed that about 25 % of this steel was of a sub quality and should be returned.
They eventually collected the sub quality steel in Mei 2013 (ie 2 months later).
We are now ending July 2013, and i am still waiting to be reinbursed for the subgrade quality steel they supplied and subsequently collected .( ie 4 months after delivery).
