Our retailers have no respect for consumers who purchased products from them, later on you have a problem with the item bought from them and when you come back they take you up and down.
I bought a kettle and it happens that the kettle licks and when I returned it, I was told that the cause of the lick was caused by the dirt (hygiene) so they couldn't even exchange the product nor repair it and the worst part it was still under warranty.
I want them exposed or give me a new kettle. This people violate our rights as consumers.
