Pathetic Service, paid but never rceived the goods

I ordered a Baby Item from them on 10 July, paid the item and to this day have still not received the item. I have sent 3 e-mails and still no reply, which means they just my money. I disgusts me that they run their business like this. I want my money back! and the world must know that they have bad business practices.
