I used to purchase Baby Soft toilet tissue and have used it over many years. I noticed that the quality of the 18's pack changed to an inferior quality to that of the premium product they sold in both the 18's and 9's. I confronted them (Barbara at Kimberly-Clark) and was told they would get back to me. Unfortunately no such luck. I then spoke to Claire at KC Boksburg and received excellent attention and care with my complaint. They collected a sample from me but no feedback as they lost it. I received feedback from the second sample they collected but in total it took nearly 2 months.
The result - They are very sorry but they have had a problem with the roller press which is compacting the paper too hard. They have sorted out the problem.
It is now 4 months down the road and they are still pulling the wool over the consumers eyes and selling an inferior product under a premium brand name. "A Mercedes Benz with a Toyota engine" Check it out!
