TV - JVC that has a problem that can't be diagnose

TV not yet submitted, I would like Game to give me a loan TV for while my TV is gone fore assessment. The manager at Game said 21 days therefore would like to get the loan TV for 21 days -its the least Game can do for all the headaches and stress I have been put under.
