I did Gelish on my nails and in less than a week it was peeling, im not on any medication and my routine has not changed. I informed the salon and they told me that they cant do anything about it even though they saw my client history with them. They could clearly see that it normally lasts me more than 3 weeks at a push. I was shocked at the service from the Manager who outright said to me that they cannot help me in anyway, unless i had come 3 days later. So in a nutshell if you have problems with your nails that you have paid full price for in less than a week, don't bother going back to them as they will outright refuse to help. I told them its the last time i do my nails with them and the Manager who is meant to be retaining customers outright said so be it.. So good luck to you should you ever encounter nails problems with the branch in menlyn.
