WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

I purchased my third russel hobbs coffee machine on 10 May 2013. It was the third one that was giving a fault so fed up of the product quality I took it for a refund on the 27 June 2013. Being the 3rd machine in under a year I requested a refund. AND was told by Sherita that I as a customer have no rights and have no say in any matter. The most rude and inconsiderate person I have ever met. I then called sales manager Norah who agreed with me to send it in that exact day and the next day she will send me a refund after the supplier assessed it as I am going away. Then came along Nicholas Baburam, who said I was full of rubbish and that he does not care about my concern and I must wait six weeks again! This is after Norah agreed to sort it out the next day. Nicholas then got load and was being really rude and funny with his comments, came across as a bully! I then left the store with my broken machine as I was put down by Nicholas attitude. I would like this matter resolved immediately and I am writing an article in the Star newspaper with regards to this issue. I have had enough with makro. 702 radio will also expose this service and attitude.
