Hi

I purchased a pack of the Ostrich Mince on Saturday the 22/06/13 from the Pick n Pay Hyper by the Sea. Then on Sunday we were going to cook it for dinner, when I cut open the bag I was wafted with one dreadful smell, the meat had gone off. When I looked at the BB date it was the 19/06/13, now this is 3 days before I even bought it and it was still sitting on your shelves. I did take it back to the branch and was refunded the money spent. But my other complaint is that I stay in New Germany and work in Briardene, so what happens to the compensation for fuel used and time spent returning this item. I think your staff need to be retrained on how to rotate stock. If Discovery offered their Vitality to other stores I would not be shopping at PnP.
