I opened an account with the above Supplier and at the time was offered various add on Options, which I declined. It was then brought to my attention that I was being billed for some of these add on Options.
Upon enquiring with the customer services about this I was advised that this was compulsory even when I pointed out that I had a contract in my possession being the Summary of Credit Agreement that reflected I had not applied for these options.
The agreement clearly states under Point 6. Optional Products applied for and NO has been completed and reflected under this section.
I am now advised that this is compulsory and not an Option. How come then can I have my contract with the supplier stating that I do not require this option? No action has been taken to remove this charge from my account and neither to refund me the charges already collected. Edgars are quite adamant that this is not an option and will have to remain on the account. This to me is in contravention of the agreement with the above supplier.
