I went to Menlyn SHESHA to pay off a laybye. On that day (10-05-2013), I noted an item (Nike pants) I liked. But from lookin at them, I could tell size (S) was big. I asked her (Dipuo) if she could check a size (XS) for me at other branches, she said to me it wasn't possible. Because I really liked the pants, I went upstairs to try them anyway. They were big. As I stepd out, there was a gentleman, who also works there, I explained to him that I liked the pants but they are too big. He then said to me I should go downstairs they will check for me in other branches. Puzzled cos Dipuo said its not possible, I went to her again, she said, she can only note my name, and call me on Monday (13-05-2013). I agreed and left. Monday came & went, on Thurs (23-05-2013) I went back, upon realising who I was, she said shes still waiting for an email. No call or response to her inbetween. Today 31-05-2013..IM STILL waiting!
