Last week Sunday (26/05/2013) I encountered a very rude supervisor at truworths.
There was only one teller available in the cosmetic dept, and she was cashing a trolley full of CLOTHES! whilst the rest of us having only cosmetics had to wait! I questioned the supervisor as to the reason behind this and where else can I cash... he merely smirked at me and pointed to the lengthy general teller. When i questioned him as to why should I join the long queue when my purchase IS from the cosmetic dept, and the person with this full trolley was NOT purchasing a single cosmetic... he simply turned around and walked away! I submitted a complaint to truworths site, to which I got no response, apart from the automated one which states that I shoud call them if I do not receive a response... am I now expected to waste MY time and money and call THEM because no one Bothered to respond?!
I never expected such lack of professionalism from this company.
