27 days and no response to email???

I had made a purchase sometime in january of a los angeles couch from wetherleys springfield as well as a round seat from the new range. I paid R13600 and R7600 respectively.

The past 3-4 weeks the couch is looking extremely old and bubbly, the cushions especially are looking bad as if theyve been used for years.

The couch arrived in late january and i went away for confinement due to preterm labour for the month of feb, i have therefore been using this item for march and april Only, within a period of 2 months it seems to have aged in years, the left cushion also seems to be sinking in the middle and im not sure why the piece is doing this as my round piece which is in a different fabric is perfectly fine.

Please advise a solution to this as a R13600 couch should definitely not look like this after 2 months.
