I WAS PHONED BY CALL CENTRE AGENT FROM TRIUWORTHS ASKING ME WHEN CAN I PAY REARS AMOUNT ON MY ACCOUNT, FIRST OF ALL DONT KNOW WHY AM IN REARS, SINCE I OPEN ACCOUNT WITH TRUWORTHS LAST YEAR IN JUNE I NEVER MISS ANY PAYMENT ASK TO SPEAK TO Alistair Rooi WHO IS THE CALL CENTRE SUPERVISOR HE TOLD ME I HAVE MISSED PAYMENT IN JANUARY I SENT HIM MY PROOF OF PAYMENT LAST WEEK, NO FEEDBACK YET I KEEP ON RECIVIONG SMS REGARDING REARS AMOUNT BUT NO ONE IS ABLE TO EXPALIN WHY AM IN REARS, CAN YOU PLEASE ASK HEAD OF TRUWORTHS TO CALL ME, AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT SERVICE AM GETTING BACK FROM THEM, AND EVERYTIME I PHONE THE PROMISE TO INVASTIGATE BUT THEY DONT GET BACK TO ME.
