Letter of Referral

Afternoon

would you kindly assist me, i'm looking for a job but i cant find it because Edgars has blacklisted me, and i am not working, i got a job but they need a letter form Edgars that i will pay them when i'm working. Edgars is refusing me to give me that letter. i need a job so that i can pay my accounts, but if i dnt have the letter i wont get any job.
