HI have some very sad news for the avid Mr. Price consumer. You know all that beautiful items, especially furniture that looks to good to be true, it is. Put the brakes on right there because guess what your hard earned money is as good as thrown down a bottomless pit, rather save the money until you can spend it on a good quality product that will last more than a year. My experience about two years ago I bought the most beautiful red L shaped couches it cost abour R6000.00, I bought it cash to avoid any interest cost. Firstly I had that problem that the couches collected dust like vacuum and would stain very easy of cause the supplier did not deem it in their budget to have it scotch guarded. So I had to do it myself. Just over a year after, you would have this loud creaking noise when you would go for a nice relaxing sit down, not to mention the fact that what was nice and firm would now sink into something plank like. The arm rest eventually gave way to nothingness, and the felt that kept everything below the couch neat was breaking. Ofcourse when asked they pointed me to a furniture repairer and yes Ii had to foot the bill. DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE BY MR PRICE!!!
