P'NP CONSUMER LINE NEEDS TO STOP WASTING TIME!

I purchased 6 sets of 6x1lt P'nP Long Life milk for roughly R52 per pack. I bought it from P'nP Bedfordview. Batch Number C (B 1886). BB 23 November 2013.

I phoned the consumer line to log a complaint that the milk has bits of white flakes in it which is off putting in tea and coffee and I wanted a refund.

Suddenly when Muhammed Rasool heard that it was a corporate product the questions became quite ridiculous. They want the date when I bought the milk and till slip. I don't have these answers. The fact that I have the product in my cupboard and even the container with the bits in should be sufficient. If they don't trust me then send a manager from Pick 'n Pay Bedford to collect the milk.

I then wanted to speak to a manager and was told by Muhammad Rasool that his team leader, A. Singh was out. I then asked who his team leader reported to and he said: "I don't know". How pathetic is that?

I told him to get his team leader A Singh to phone me as I refuse to be harrassed with silly questions! No one called.

P'nP if you are at all interested in customer care, stop wasting my time and sort this out. I want all the milk either replaced or my money refunded.
