I have been trying for longer than a month to change the number I use for my OTA service. I have been to several outlets and still no joy. Either the staff member on duty has no idea how to help, or the service is said to be unavailable. One store even told me that they are not going to try because the OTA department never answers their phones. Finally on Saturday I thought the problem had been resolved. I was asked several questions while a lady seemed to be speaking to this mythical OTA department on the phone. I was told that someone will phone me within 48 hours and the number will be changed. No such luck. I still haven't heard from them and the number has not been changed. Very poor.
