CANOPY ORDERED - NOT DELIVERED

On 20/03/2013 a deposit of R500 was paid to Canopies Direct 087 805 6721 for ordering a Beekman Canopy to be fitted on 07/05/2013. It was stressed to supplier that fitment must take place on specific day as my spouse works out of country and is only home for a short time. I was called on 06/05/2013 by Beekman Installation Centre Factoria 011 660 6080 informing me that the incorrect canopy was ordered/delivered. Over the pas 3 days the stories/excuses for lack of service delivery has been going from the wrong item being loaded by the factory to the windows not being finished as reasons why fitment did not take place as arranged by me weeks prior to installation. I will not recommend any one to utilize the services of either of these companies as they are incompetent and not professional. Their incompetence has caused us serious financial loss in terms of cancellations of holidays trips planned in January. None of the two companies has attemted to keep regular contact or indicate who was at fault. I still do not have an indication as to when and if the product ordered will be fitted at all.
