I have been to Willowbridge several times now and am disgusted in the 0-level of service by staff there. Where does one start? I went there 3 weeks ago:
1. Sounds like a disco inside as the music is way too loud for a retail shop. And the choice of music is nothing to be desired. I want to shop in a tranquil music surrounding not listening to some rapper telling how he is going to smack his girlfriend... and that to a drumbeat
2. Absolutely no one comes to help customers!!! Staff is too interested in chatting with each other or just standing around... Sending SMS's!
3. There is a coffee machine in the shop but the staff would rather offer coffee to vagrants and their own friends coming down the stairs inside the shop than to offer that to customers who actually want to spend money there.
4. I walked out, furious and disgusted with the shopping experience and on the way out one of the staff members eventually ask if I found what I was looking for. Too late!!! My money will be spent elsewhere.
Why don't you train your staff in customer service and selling skills??? They are just taking up space, wasting everyone's time and is costing the company money!!!
