I have taken out a Truworths retrenchment policy some time back . unfortunately I was retrenched and have been trying to claim on this policy. I have submitted all the documents on the 16 April 2013 and has been getting the run around ever since. The person that i have been dealing with is Lerato . it seems clear that Lerato is not competent, there are system issues or the requirements keep changing . the account is now in arrears due to this delay . it's just unprofessional .could some please assist me to resolve its issue
