My sister and i went to pepcell on the 27 April 2013 to buy 2 cellc simcards we took the sims and waited in a queue of about 3 people when it was our turn the cashier without a nametag and a Ntokozo (cashier) told us to wait aside for people to buy airtime first by this time more people were coming in, we argued this and she (no name cashier) refused to help us stating we have to wait for eveyone who is buying airtime to buy first because buying a simcard takes a lot of time and went on to say that she was doing us a favour because the shop should have been closed already! when we asked for her name she told us it wasn't important she was very rude and unreasonable, we had to wait even though we where first in line.
