I ordered an XL jersey, but received a Large. The package said Extra Large, but the garment inside said "Large" on the tag and did not fit. I was not keen to go through the return lengthy return and reorder process, as I had not ordered the incorrect size, but did not have to as Donnique had already sorted it all out on her side. Obviously there was a packaging problem they will need to sort out, but they way it was handled makes me want to use Zando again. The point of online shopping is convenience and this is what their support system is. Thanks, Shaun
