ADT BAD RESPONSE TO EMERGENCY CALL

Due to fact that we have received numerous house-breaking through the local papers warned residents to report any suspicious vehicles driving around the area. i called in to ADT on the 15/04/2013, to report a white van that was stationary on in front of my house, when i decided to go close to the van they drove off. I immediately called the "emergency" number for ADT. Someone picked up the receiver and I could this person screaming across the room to a pal (later found out was Thandeka) and having a conversation. She then asked me to hold on so she can finish with her conversation. (Emergency call line... if someone was in danger). I then asked her weather is this the way they are trained to answer emergency calls, she then apologized. I then wanted to speak to her supervisor, because security call centers should minimal questions get straight to the point, she also explained that wasn't right, and will follow-up up with me. I wanted to change to another alarm company because of the BAD response at call centers
