I purchased my vehicle in May 2012 with the netsar, I changed the ownership from the previous owner to myself, After checking the device was working I found it to be faulty, but Netsrat had accepted my monthly premiums and offered no service to me, then they agreed to refund my premiums on 30th October 2012 and I am still waiting... I hope thier recoveries dont take as long?
