Why is it such an impossible task to get good service (make that ANY service) from Altech Netstar? Why are all queries appearing to go into this deep, dark abyss with nobody attending it. It comes as no surprise then that the only way they can retain their clients is to force them into a contract with the insurance companies. Their service and I cannot wait for this contract to just be done with so I can forget this company.
I had an issue with my banking details not being updated - to the point where I was threatened by lawyers due to YOUR negligence and no responses to queries. I am trying to update my debit order details, but nobody is acknowledging my e-mails. As a client who has been forced into taking this stupid contract, please will you be so kind as to confirm whatever process of yours I need to follow in order to get my debit order details updated
