Cancelation of subscription

We have been trying to cancel our subscription for the last 2 months with ADT.
Every time they advise that they are too busy to assist-We need to send them a e-mail.
We have now sent them 3 emails-And no one responds to us.
It feels like they don't allow us to cancel this subscription...!!!
