On 13th November I received the following reply to my complaint.
"Hello gerald Kahn,
Thank you for your E-mail received.
I will forward your complaint to the relevant department head.
We will respond to you as soon as possible.
Kind regards.
Johan"
Needless to say absolutely nothing since - why am I not surprised.
All I want is my contract cancelled and my money back without spending a fortune on legal fees.
