I am absolutely disgusted with ADT accounts department which. I have been charged almost R500 extra stating and overdue amount but to my knowledge this is not the case. The lady at the billing told me that this is a mistake and will refund my money since this back dates to a year ago. This cannot be negligence it seems that your compliance standards are been compromised and we clients are been ripped of. today I receive an sms stating that I owe more money. What the is going on. I demand a full billing statement from the time I joined adt as I was not checking on my debit but suddenly did after my colleague inform me of this. Is the business not doing well that you are ripping your clients of. I want my money back with interest and also want to cancel. I hope that the CEO reads this and does something about it before its to late. Next step is consumer watch
