I logged a cal about 3 months ago about my alarm sending false negatives to thompsons every day. They sent a technician he wasn't there 5 minutes then told me it is something with the transmitter and will order one and come and replace it, to this day I have never heard from him again and every time Thompsons calls me I tell them this their standard answer is we will put you through to the technical manager and then the call is dropped. This is unacceptable service and I am tired of these useless people who cannot even repair their own up equipment!
