Edgars funeral claim still not paid almost 1 year later

Almost 1 year later my late husbands policy has not been paid.
tried calling numerous times and the service is pathetic, the call is dropped i am put through from pillar to post.
quick to debit the account but not quick to pay, nobody has called me back.
i want my claim paid or else i will report to the ombudsman.
