Cell Subscription Unknown

Hi, For the past few months this company has been taking R5 airtime a day from my cell. I have tried to contact them but to no avail and daily my airtime disappears. I have contacted my provider on numerous occasions and they try to unsubscribe me but they are not able to. The cell number on which the airtime is being taken is : 072 858 7279. I don't know how to stop this. Can someone please assist. Thank you.
