I paid cash for a Kia cerato last year and i was promised thag ill get papers withing 3days it's been months now and they sold me a car that has no papers I even to the police to seek help and I was told that there's been millions of complains about that Rajin Pilley and Dylan Govender and when the police called him he said there's no police that can arrest him he even said yes he robbed a million people so what I'm just wondering where is the justice if we being robbed our hard earned money and yet nothing is happening he's carrying on with life and doing the same thing he has done to me and others everyday
