Renovations means I lose out, although I paid befo

I bought a Groupon for Bowling &2 games of Pool @Menlyn Galaxyworld last year (2012) &booked it for a Saturday in December. They responded and said that even though it did not state on the Groupon's Fine Print, I cant book before January 2013. So in January I booked a Saturday in April for my husband's birthday. This groupon is for 6 people and it has already been paid for. They confirmed for that Saturday in April that I wanted.

When I called a few weeks ago (last week of March) to see if I can change the TIME, not date, The lady that I spoke to: Colleen said that they are closing down at the end of March. She told me to call the Bedfordview Galaxyworld and ask them to book me in with this voucher that I have already bought and paid for, for use at Menlyn. I called Bedfordview and they booked me for the date that I wanted - My husbands birthday. Thereafter I confirmed via email to the person responsible: Kerry and she replied to say that they do not use vouchers. I emailed Menlyn back to advise for help because I have already paid for this and had planned to use it when I booked for it, months ago. Kerry, from Bedfordview told me that Colleen would help but still no response
