I went to Sterkinekor Greenstone with 6 friends of mine on the 5th of April 2013, and was disgusted at the disrespectful and unhelpful service I received.
The 3D glasses I had purchased were broken into pieces, I took it to the cashier and asked for a new pair, explaining that they were broken when I opened the packet, and showing him the receipt. He then proceeded to say, that I had broken them and that "people like you" always break them. After much argument and asking for the manager, the cashier gave me a new pair of glasses.
I find it so upsetting that after paying money to buy a product and then asking for an exchange because the product is broken, I get insulted and treated unfairly.
I then sent an email to Sterkinekor customer care, and have yet to get a reply. After no apology from the cashier or complaint center, I feel strongly that this type of service is unacceptable.
