So, I rarely use my expensive DSTV subscription for various reasons which is a lengthy separate conversation we can have at another stage. The days on which I do decide to watch DSTV it just spoils my mood terribly. When I try to browse the tv scheduling (i.e. menu > category > channel > browsing through scheduling) searching for specific episodes, the info on episodes are not available more than 2 days in advance - i.e. when you found the episode name and hit the info button to see which season/episode number it is, it just says "No additional information available". UNACCEPTABLE!! And do not dare refer me to your website 1) it is the most un-user-friendly website I know 2) when I am sitting on the couch browsing though the schedule it shouldn't be necessary for me to get up and go to a computer to see information that should be available on the tv guide!!! This has been frustrating me for a while. I will log this complaint from now on every time I get frustrated with it until Multichoice sorts it out.
