I have been recording DSTV programmes on my PVR for the past year or two and it often happens that different shows are recorded during the time slot which I selected than what was indicated on the guide, or the show's last few minutes are cut off, or it starts off a few minutes into the recording. It also happens that a repeat of the same episodes that were shown in the previous week is repeated in the following week (example King of Queens last week and the week before repeated the same episodes). Not to mention how irritating it is when you are in the middle of a certain series and DSTV jumps from series 1 to series 11 in the same week (example Becker). In one episode he dates the blond and the next episode the brunette is still in the story). Not to mention the repeats! Gee wizz people - who is in charge there? Can they read? Can they spell? It certainly does not seem like it. It is after all a service that is paid for. Can you please improve your overall service delivery???
