At 9:30 A.M on the 25th of March 2013 I called [URL Removed] . Inquiring about the process of withdrawing my money. He suggested i do it myself on the internet. it should take about 30 minutes for the money to reflect in my fnb account. I withdrew my money. After an entire day of waiting, I read their Terms and condition on the website and said it can take up to 48 hours (Maximum).
On Wednesday morning, it was 48 hours. I called again at 9:30 A.M, The lady said someone in accounts dept would call me BACK, they called me and apologized. Said my money be will processed that day and should reflect the following day. Today I am still waiting. 72 hours later. I called in and a lady said they were having problems with withdrawals, I called again from a different number as i suspect my number was flagged. A different lady said, she doesn't know whats wrong and someone from accounts would call me. No one has.
I love betting on their website, I have given them thousands and thousands of Rands in business. My withdrawal request amount is a fraction of the money thev made from me. I have now defaulted on my urgent private payments because they wont pay me my money on time
