I went to see a movie at Brooklyn Cinema Nouveau on Saturday evening. The film broke 3 times, unbelievably. Each time they rewound it about 15 mins back so we came out at 11h15 from a film that started at 19h30. Angry viewers demanded to see the manager, each time to be told that they were calling her, but she never appeared. it is my belief the manager was not there. The theater was left in the hands of a few young, incompetent attendants.
This is not the first time, or the second or even the third. Really bad quality viewing is unfortunately the rule rather than the exception at this theater. Shame on you.
