Called DSTV for been charged for mobile service. Agent has not clue how to handle the problem, asked to speak to a supervisor twice and was told that Percious Dube would call me back. Suprise no call. Problem not handled. This is the second time in a year I have had this problem. PLEASE remove this incorrect billing and cancel you pathetic mobile service from my account. And please tell your team leaders to take calls when request to speak to them!! This leader and call agent should be fired.
