My PVR is not accepting new series recording requests and shows mssg that I have reached max number of requests (20) - yet I have only 16. So, after resetting and rebooting and doing what they tell me - still no fix. On the phone I am given totally irrelevant advice as passed on from the guy in technical (he says that my recording time % is not allowing me the reques i.o.w. not enough time left on the memory for the requested show - wrong advise as I am not trying to request a 2 hr movie on 60 mins worth of memory. It does illustrate that they do not listen, understand, care, engage or advise on a professional level. I am paying for a service which i now cannot use. Due to my work hours, I need to be able to select and record etc. Which now I cannot. A far as I am concerned this is a broken contract. I would not advise anyone to invest in ANY of the PVR products. Its all big promises and Nigerian actors BUT the follow up service is shocking. And Sidonia: Please dont promise to call back and then don't. O yes - and don't treat customers like they are stupid.
