Im having a problem with my decoder it takes an hour before it switches on so i send an email to top tv claiming my problem and a call centre Agent called me his name was Mpho he wasnt helpfull at all he wasnt wiling to asssit he just wanted to get over and done with me he wasnt listening to my problem or he was not understanding my problem, im really dissapointed with Top-tv, actually very dissapoited
