I was incorrectly billed and then disconnected then credited then diconnected 3times again after that. Wow sounds surreal especially when you hear about this kind of service from Multichoice but its true. Their service has taken a nosedive unfortunately. I'm still with an E16 error and they are claiming I'm in arrears-must be R20 outstanding but ja guess they need it more than we realise plus they don't send statements so we really are Mickey mouse now.
