What a joke. I thought when I activated this package I am gonna enjoy watching my sport outdoors. I keep on having my service scrambled. That will happen from time to time. BUT, what really make me see red is having to phone the Multichoice call centre and after between 5 and 20 mins of my airtime wasted I get through only for the agent to struggle to unblock the package. For this past 2 weeks I have phone you no fewer then 5 times for this problem. One would think that seeing that we are all paying customers you would have a toll free number to phone for problems. In that aspect your service stinks Multichoice. I phoned again tonight and after spending more then ten minutes with the agent my problem is still there. Wake up and be more mindful of your customer's needs please.
