I lost my drifta during a house. I submitted a claim with multi choice on Wednesday the 8th in the afternoon, even the service rendered by the gentleman who assisted me was super. I received the replacement drifta on Friday the 10th. I must say they caught me by surprise as I had not expected it anytime within 7 days I was sure I'd have to phone and remind them but this was not the case. Keep up the good work guys!!
