My husband and I have had "date night" once a week since we got married 5 years ago. The service at your Maerua Mall branch has always been "bearable" to say the least, however, for the past 3 months, it's been worse that sub-standard. Since then we haven't gone once since I get too upset every time. I work with clients daily, so service is an extremely important factor for me. And for me to be treated as someone doing THEM a favour by going there, just pushes the wrong buttons and sends out all the wrong signals to tourists wanting to see a movie.
I've noticed the following:
1. The sms notice you receive no longer corresponds with the actual movies playing.
2. When confronted with this issue, the staff only pulls up their shoulders, shakes their heads and makes NO effort whatsoever to sort out the situation or get an answer.
3. The Namibian capital, Windhoek, doesn't have a 3D theatre (which I understand is owned by a certain family), BUT a coastal town, Swakopmund has a 3D theatre (they are privately owned). How can you explain this?
